Last week, Music City Law’s Seamus Kelly discussed a recent lawsuit filed by the Department of Justice against RealPage with WSMV4 Investigator Courtney Allen. The federal government filed a lawsuit against RealPage, alleging that its algorithms and practices have resulted in price-fixing for apartments around the country.
