David Goldman, co-founder of Music City Law
David first moved to Nashville in 2011 to attend Vanderbilt Law School after receiving a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Florida. While at Vanderbilt, David excelled academically and was a member of the Vanderbilt Law Review. After graduating from Vanderbilt, David served as a law clerk for the Honorable Sheryl H. Lipman of the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee in Memphis.
Prior to forming Music City Law with Seamus Kelly in 2019, David’s practice focused mostly on litigation. He has served large companies, small businesses, and individuals on cases ranging from, among other things, employment discrimination suits and non-compete litigation to breach-of-contract disputes to landlord/tenant matters. David also has experience in corporate transactional matters and probate law.
When not serving his clients, David also serves as President of the Tennessee Stonewall Bar Association, and his hobbies include cooking gourmet meals and biking through Shelby Bottoms.
